We are an up-cycling, eco-friendly business that is looking to help people revive any old, boring, or gone-out-of-style clothing or footwear into something new that reflects you and your identity, without having to compromise the health of our planet. By purchasing from us we hope to provide customers with a unique product that truly displays their style; something durable and long-lasting both physically and in essence, that no-one else will have.
Do you have any other services that you offer?
Yes we look into delivery, shopping consultation and are able to provide special occasion personalised gifts, with us guiding you through the process and giving you updates to keep you well informed.Â

What if I am not satisfied with novus?
We aim to ensure your satisfaction and that your expectations are met with our products however, if that is not the case, we would highly appreciate it if you could send us feedback through our form that you will get sent via DM on Instagram or by email once your product has arrived. In the future, given you have a valid reason for lack of satisfaction, we may be able to provide you with a discount on your next purchase.
