Savani Sawaikar
Managing Director
As the Managing Director, I look at collating ideas and playing every team member to their strengths holistically, as well as devising business strategies to boost our sales and increase revenue. Personally, I'm fascinated by traveling and really enjoy playing basketball; however, my current Netflix list is really telling me to experiment with volleyball.
Dhurcka Parthipan
Deputy Managing Director
As Deputy Managing Director I provide support to the Managing Director to ensure we reach Novus' business objectives and aim to create an environment where members feel comfortable and motivated. I have a particular interest in immersing myself in different cultures to gain a deeper understanding of others and their perspectives.
Maryam Ali
Secretary
As the Secretary I make sure the Novus team is running smoothly and that everything is organised and up to date. Keeping it fresh for all our Novus customers! I'm quite fascinated by linguistics and psychology, which have interesting overlaps.
Gargi Bannur
Social Media and Marketing team
Working with both the social media and marketing team means that it's my job to make sure all our customers (that's you!) know what's new with NOVUS and find the most effective ways to widen our reach in the market :)Â
fun fact: I'm terribly fascinated with ancient cultures and cannot say no to a good crime documentary!
Niya Patel
Social Media and Manufacturing Team
I am one half of the manufacturing team and also part of the social media team. I am the one who designs and produces the customised shoes. You can always discuss your personalised design ideas with me on any of our social media, dont be shy :)
Aparna Gunaseelan
Social Media and Manufacturing Team
I am one half of the manufacturing team, I design your clothes and make it as desirable as possible! I either personalise to your taste, or create the designs myself. I also help with running our social media pages so say hi anytime. In my free time, I enjoy drawing or scrolling through Pinterest for inspo.
Diti Shah
Finance and Sales Team
My role is to oversee all financial aspects of Novus's strategy to drive growth and sales, ensuring we have a strong cash-flow so we can meet all your needs. I make sure our inventory is full; you can be sure to have your order in time. Last but not least, I lookout for new sales opportunities. In my free time, I particularly enjoy singing :)
Midusha Sivaskanthan
Finance Head
As part of the NOVUSÂ team it is my job to guarantee that we achieve and exceed out set targets. I monitor the account performance whilst targeting financial growth and maximising performance of the financial team. In my free time I will always be binge watching something on Netflix.
Harishni Manoharan
Marketing head
In a nutshell, my role is about making sure people know NOVUS exists and are tempted to buy from us! Some aspects include making posters, carrying out various incentives, posting on social media etc. In my free time or even when I don't have the time to, I quite enjoy watching anime.
Iba Nayyar
Marketing and Sales Team
Generally, my job is to see how the market perceives us as brand, and work out how to make our objectives clear to the public. This also entails coming up with creative ways to advertise NOVUS and spread the word to increase our brand reach as well as increase sales. Something I personally enjoy is coming up with ideas and making boards on Pinterest @ibanayyar ;). I also enjoy playing a variety of sports.
